I have used Banfield in Savannah for over 9 years. Dr, Trammel (the chief vet) has been my vet the entire time. They are wonderful with my animals (and me). At one time they were seeing all four of my animals (two have passed away due to old age) and are currently treating two. To the other poster that said the Sav. location made her pay off her Wellness Plan, well yeah...The Wellness Plan is a service that covers various things, all cover shots, free office visits and discounts on prescriptions, other plans include dental, spay/neuter, flea/tick meds, etc...It says on the paperwork you sign that you will have to pay the full 12 months. This is still normally a steal over what you would normally pay. When my 16 y/o lab was diag. w/cancer Dr. T. saw her 3 days a wk and I received free bloodwork and 20% off pain meds. An office visit is 35.00. This is more than what I paid per MONTH for the Wellness Plan. - Wonderful, Caring People! Dr. Trammel is wonderful!!!!

they misdiagnosed my dog with the wrong disease and because of that i had to put her down. i told them and they told me i still had to pay my wellness plan off. this is at the one in savannah ga
