	11/14/14	1	4	4	3	Front desk staff doesn't seem to communicate well with the veterinarians. Seem to have a cavalier attitude about urgent concerns of client. One vet there failed to order an x-ray of my dog, although all signs and symptoms warranted it. Misdiagnosed the problem, and dog died two days later of an obstruction and kidney failure.
