Just brought our senior cat in for the first time and had an excellent experience. The veterinary assistants were SO friendly and helpful. Dr. Clark was very thorough with his exam. We will definitely be bringing all of our cats in to this clinic from now on. Highly recommended!

We have been taking our 3 pets to this facility for ~3yrs. The staff are incredible; both vets are very caring & knowledgeable. Over the xmas holidays, our 4 month old kitten suffered a serious urinary blockage. Luckily we were able to get him into see Dr. Clark, who was able to quickly diagnose,operate & fix the blockage; our kitten was at the facility for ~8 days (needed 2nd surgery). The staff, including Dr.Clark, were so caring/compasionate, & the staff were happy to make arrangements each day for us to spend time with him. Dr.Clark went above & beyond our expectations; he was equally concerned for our kittens well-being, & even went in to care for him in the evenings & on the holiday days when they were closed. Dr.Clark was happy to consult with specialists, in order to assure our kitten received the best treatment, while staying mindful of our tight budget (all prices discussed in advance). We are so greatful to Dr. Clark/staff, & highly recommend Coast Meridian Animal Hospital.

I would like to warn everybody that they will try to rip you off at this clinic. It happened to me twice that I was given a price at the time of booking an appointment but was charged more after the procedure. Even though I really liked Dr. Clark, I don't think I will be bringing my pet back there.

I just have recently been here with my new puppy. My previous vet couldn't fit me in, and they were able to right away!. I was very happy with everything overall, the vet was very nice and gentle with my new puppy. He didn't seems scared at all! Definitely would recommend them to friends!!!!

I have been dealing with this clinic for the last few years and I was always happy with services provided. Both doctors always presented information in a professional manner, always patient and caring about the pet. Also, the staff is wonderful. One time I witnessed one of the doctors on the sidewalk, in front of the hospital, nailed down beside a dog in a critical condition, stabilizing the dog and helping the owners to get safely to the Emergency. When I choose this Animal Hospital, for me was a plus to know they have more than 20 years of practice and so the best proof of their quality of services. I highly recommend this Animal Hospital !

Last week our Husky was struck by a car after breaking his leash. We called the closest animal hospital to us and we were told the vet could see him right away. After arriving with our convulsing pup the assistant working the counter asked us "to have a seat" while him and another customer discussed how much it would cost to fix a new kitten... meanwhile our dog was on the verge of dying on the floor. After make a commotion the vet came out of the 1960's back room asking what was going on (we did call ahead). He took our puppy into the room for an exam, calmly took his time to "go get supplies" then cam back and finally looked at him. We explained to the vet the judgement call his employee at the front desk made and him if there was another hospital in the area. His exact reply was "well all other hospitals are closed at this time, you really have no choice" 1000 Character limit... long story short... there was 7 other hospitals open within 20 min... We are currently getting a lawyer

I have taken my dog to Coast Meridian Animal Hospital five times over the past year. The facility is small, but very clearn, warm, and welcoming. For me and my dog, it is a convenient 10min walk. The assistants at the front desk are always delightful and fun! Truly a pleasure. Whenever I arrive I never have to wait more than 5mins to go into the office. Very punctual! I first saw Dr. Boretsky (3). He did not come off as friendly, and rather than making me feel comfortable, I felt aggitated after the visit due to the cost and what I felt was a lack of communication. My husband was not ammused by the visit either. I have since been seeing Dr. Clark (5), whom I feel explains himself better and shows more interest/concern for my dog. My only quibble with this office is how expensive everything is.

I really like the vets there, they have always been so kind to my pets . My little Oreo loves to go there and get his treats from the staff. Thanks so much for all your dedication and hard work !!! Would recommend them to anyone!!!!

I've taken my dogs there a few times over the years. Each time wasn't a good experience. I don't know why I kept going back. My first dog, the doctor was scared of her! Which is ridiculous since he's supposed to be a vet. I think she could read his energy because she would get nervous too (normally she is a very sweet dog). He was giving her a routine vaccine and she jerked and he got scared and broke the needle in her back. Of course she growled. He then hit her! Which was totally unnecessary. I've also been given antibiotics for kennel cough, which is also unnecessary since it is a virus! The doctors don't seem to care about animals at all.

Brought my puppy in for vaccination and a check-up. Dr. Clark was very good at explaining what he was doing and his rationale for doing so. I felt I received good value for my money and the two reception staff/vet techs were very friendly. I will definitely be going back.

We have been clients of Coast Meridian for 20 yrs. I have always been treated fairly & I feel my animals are treated very well during visits, both day & overnighters. It's too bad more people don't share their positive experiences, as others use sites like this to vent their negative ones. In all fairness, when your little critter is ill, or in pain, it's hard to be positive about such a visit, especially if the outcome is sad.

I was forced to use this vet due to an emergency and I would not recommend them. The one vet is better than the other but it was a very cold feeling I got there, not one of caring and loving for the animals.

I have been a client of this Veterinarian Clinic for almost 25 years. I can't begin to say enough about the staff -- they are cheerful, friendly and have been very helpful on many issues. They have been willing to source items for my cats and always go the extra mile. Both Drs Clark and Boretsky have always taken the time to explain the issues and have demonstrated the utmost care and compassion with my felines. They call to check up and see how my pets are doing after procedures or other issues.

I rated this vet office terrible because the staff are always angry and they dont care about anyone but themselves! This is not a homey feeling kinda place. The vets in this office are very rude, and rushy rushy. My cat did not like the vets here, and the prices are HIGH! I got my cat neutered here and they did not go over any information with me, at the end the bill was 215.00. it showed they charged for IV, which was NEVER needed, they admited this themselves. This animal hospital is not recommended by me. Go to Oxford Animal Hospital, way better, cheaper and so much more friendly!!!

I rated them so well becuase these vets are fantastic life savers. When I brought my cat in I thought this would be my last year with her, and now that the doctors there have stabilized her kidney disorder, she is good as new & now I can spend more time with my best friend Thanks Coast Meridian Animal Hospital!!!!

I have been going to this clinic for years now and both doctors have always shown me that they had genuinely cared about my animal’s heath and well being.
Both doctors have stopped what they were doing to treat any emergencies that I have ever had with my pets. The first thing they have ever cared about was my animals, and payment was dealt with once they were healthy. They have never pushed me to purchase any unnecessary treatment or drugs; everything they recommend was solely for the benefit of my animals. If it wasn’t for them my animals may possibly not be alive now. I have always been impressed with the service provided, and highly recommend them to any pet owner!!!!

I had been disappointed by my previous vet (my dog was very nervous going to the clinic and they were very rough with her). I decided to switch to this vet clinic and my dog was very well taken care of by these veterinarians and when she eventually had to be put down they came to my house the same day to euthanize her, it was a very kind gesture and was much appreciated by the family and my pet

I'm quite impressed with the clinci. I had my older cat in for an eye infection and had her placed on meds. A few days later, I received a call from the vet asking how she was making out. That alone impressed me. My family physician doesn't make callbacks after a family member is placed on meds. I would have no problems recommending Coast to anyone.

I rated staff a 4 because this vet's own technician warned me beforehand that I would be overcharged, and that I should go elsewhere. This place is a rip off bigtime. I don't think this vet has animal's interests at heart.
