Very bad experience..Dog had ear infection; an exam ensued and an ointment was given. I wasn't sure how to use it..Doctor came back to room to demonstrate on my dog..Great! But when I went to pay the bill, the charge included the Vet's putting the med in the ear canal. I questioned this..why the charge?? In other clinics the vet tech usually does this as part of the service; because the Vet tech was busy, the Vet had to do this at AllPaws, therefore, the charge!!!!... I had no recourse but to pay the bill! That was my last visit to this clinic in my neigborhood!

this clinic is great! best clinic I have ever been , very personalized service. regular appointment is 45 minutes long so you have lots of time. the vets are all fantastic and explain everything well and listen to me. i tell everyone i know about this clinic. they can get busy and even though they aren't cheap, you get your money's worth because they spend time with you.

Very Clean, staff is coutieous, and they do care about your animals, but they also are there to make money, like if you tell them they cost more than another vet, they, they think they are doing more for your pet even if your pet if suffering-tehy will try to prolong its life
