They always say that the first person you meet or speak to in a business is the chance for a good first impression, and is a deciding factor of whether you will give the place your business. As a new client, I was turned off with my first impression here. Totally uncaring attitude over the phone, and certainly not a convenient location to take your pets if they are ill because this is not a full-service hospital. So, you're stuck taking your pet elsewhere, to people that don't know him/her, because this office is likely not available.
