several years ago we took my parent's maltese poodle Alex to get fixed. Dr.beavers prices are resonable..but hes like 100 years old and has no personality. He was very dry and acted like they were indeed dogs. He was short with his answers and rough with our dog. When I called to see how my dog was doing after surgery, he almost seemed annoyed and said "FINE" we couldnt take him home just yet but I insisted and insistd to see my dog.. when he lead me back there..alex was laying in a dark room ..concrete floor with divisions ,, looked more like a horses stall. alex pretty white hair was dirty and matted..I was very upset. I wanted to take my dog home right then and there but i was too young to sit there and fight with an old man. I will never take my animals to him. Hes old and grumpy and should retire with all his health problems. I dont wish him bad, but he needs to get out of the profession
