Dr. Patricia Williams and Dr. Robert Hawthorne are both fabulous veterinarians. The front office staff, especially Jeannie, is always very courteous, helpful, and welcoming. You feel like part of a family here. They have taken excellent care of our dogs. It's not as snazzy of an office as some newer veterinarian offices (old building/office) but to me, that's not what really matters. It is nice, neat, and clean - just not brand new. The cost seems to be average to me - not low, not high by any means. The value is good because you get one-on-one care from the vet and you feel part of the family. I think they genuinely care about the health and well-being of my dogs and they put up with me being a little overprotective of a puppy parent. :)
