Been treating pets in Denton her whole life, but afraid to say - it may be time to retire, Doctor Adams. 2 of my pets have had separate issues this year, requiring multiple appointments with you (over 20+. Care to take a guess how many of those visits were on TIME? Maybe 3 or 4. Total. You know almost the whole city, some folks for years - but my time is valuable just like yours, and you don't seem to appreciate that much anymore. Once we do get in to see you, at the end, we go to pay our bill - which used to be fun for my pets, as your staff cooed over them, offered a treat, and asked how our family's been; WONDERFUL staff, always enjoyable. Now? I end up waiting more; there's 2, maybe 3 techs on duty, mostly in the back and not up front to help me or anyone else. I asked if some were ill or on school break? Nope! One honest member of your crew was decent enough to tell the truth, you don't think it's busy enough for a full crew. Don't you see the several other patients up here with u
