I had to take my cat to the ER twice in one week (aftermath of surgery after an accident), and the treatment couldn't have been better. All the staff was excellent, even though they were very busy and were obviously being run ragged. On one of those occasions my cat's problem was far less urgent than others being treated right then; one of the staff came out and checked her in the waiting room to be sure that a time delay would be safe, and then I waited a short while before being seen. The other time, the matter was more urgent and I was seen almost instantly. The costs were extremely reasonable, too - actually, much lower than I expected.

$1780.00 for a cat to be catherized & an ex-ray & watch it pass a piece of sand, i don't think so!!!
