Dr. Cerelli and staff have little to no bed-side manners and have very distorted views of business ethics. They have, without my authority, charged my credit card while refusing to release my animal's medical records. The doctor as well as staff are extremely incompetent and untrustworthy. His actions on my credit card are in complete violation of the Federal Trade Commissions Fair Credit Billing Act.
