We've been taking our dog to this vet for the last 4 years. Everyone from the vets to the techs and office staff have always been competent and compassionate.

My cats always see Dr. Berry, and he is an outstanding veterinarian. I am also very pleased with work of the office manager and receptionists, who have worked with me to get an anxious cat seen. Kendall and the other technicians (except one, who needs additional training) are great, and I feel lucky that a friend advised me to begin taking the cats there. The facility itself is a bit cramped in the front area. However, I've never been at a time the staff as a whole was not friendly, helpful and kind. These are terrific people doing a tough job and I'm very pleased with the services our cats have received.

I'm very surprised to see some of the negative comments on this site. We've been clients of Dr. Berry's for over 10 years and I can't say enough good about him. I will say that I have had less than satisfactory results with other vets in his practice in the past, but (1) they're no longer there, and (2) I have a note in my chart that I will see only Dr. Berry, so that takes care of that. I find that they do run late sometimes, but again, I make my appointments for late in the day, which is plenty of time for all the other people before me to come in late, etc. And yes, I do think they're expensive, but I think Dr. Berry is worth every penny.

Very expensive. waited over an hour to have my pet seen for what was one vaccine that a technician ended up doing. not the greatest experience.

Dr. Berry and Dr. Papke are both compassionate professionals who are able to communicate with clients on a down to earth level. The staff at Animal Medical Center are very friendly and helpful. I have been a client there for the past three years. My pets and I have always been treated fairly and respectfully by both the doctors and the staff. I can't say enough good about them.

I've been taking my dog here for a year now, and the staff is always friendly to both me and my dog. When I stop in to buy Frontline or Interceptor, they always ask how she is doing. The doctors are always friendly and take the time to say hi to my dog before starting in on business. They never push tests or prescriptions without explaining why first, and even then, cheaper alternatives are suggested. We're always seen on time, and are never forced to wait. Prices are fair. The exam rooms are always clean, and the walls are covered with collages of dog pictures that people have sent in. The only reason facilities got a 4 is because I wish they were open 24 hours for emergencies! Bottom line is, I feel comfortable leaving my dog in their kennel for a week - and that says a lot, as my dog is a spoiled princess!
