We have been with this practice 7 years. Even when they overdosed our dog, we understood it was a honest mistake. We have spent many hours and thousands of dollars with this practice even though it is 25% higher on average than other clinics. My dog was having a medical emergency and they refused to even triage him until we could get into an emergency hospital ( at capacity) even though they were open an hour longer. It is sad that families and relationships are no longer important to this practice.

My dog ripped out his duke claw, and CCAH was able to see him right away which was nice. What wasn't nice was the fact that he didn't even see a vet. Some tech wrapped and bandaged his paw. This wrapping came off within two hours, leaving his paw open to infection. They also performed some procedures I did not ask for, and promptly billed me for them. They are very impersonal and very, very expensive.

I had my 20 year old cat put down here in September. The entire staff was very easy to work with. A couple of years ago, I had surgery performed on my cat at Clocktower after my regular vet had quoted me a price to high I thought she was joking. Clocktower was very honest when looking at my vets estimate as to what line items were unreasonable and they told me that some things in the estimate were not necessary. Bottom line - Dr. Dr. Chris Carskaddan performed the sucessful surgery for about 65% of my other vets estimate and now I go to Clocktower. I saw the comment that Clocktower was pricey....I guess it all depends on what you are comparing it to....

Dr. Schneider has been a blessing for our Doberman. She is very knowledgable with the breed and truly has his best interest in mind. Very patient, and treats him like one of her own. She has gone above and beyond in helping treat him of his mange, and has gotten him to regain a very nice coat to this point. Whenever we drive in the area of Clocktower, he goes bonkers because he wants to stop in and visit everyone. Great Facility and very caring staff.

The staff is very friendly. Occassionally have to wait a few minutes for your appt, but very easy to schedule an appt - great hours. Only drawback is that they do tend to be a bit pricey.
