Dr Pipes is the best. He goes above and beyond what most other vets do. He personally makes calls to check up on your pet after surgery. When my cat was suffering from kidney problems he took her to his home to keep an eye on her overnight. He is also one of the most affordable vets I have ever had. I used to travel 20 miles just to take my pets to see him. Yes the wait was very long sometimes, but he was worth it. I knew my pets would get the best care from him.

Dr. Pipes is a very caring vet. Dr. Brown is also. He's the best vet I found after we moved and our old vet retired. He makes his services affordable for people who love their animals & care enough to try to give them medical care when needed. The wait is long at times; that's because he always sees emergencies/call ins 1st. I don't mind, why should someone's pet suffer or die because I was there 1st for something that's not life threatening to my animal. I've been in both shoes, & I prefer his manner of handling cases. Several of his current staff could use a course on dealing politely with clients. Eye daggers & comments in a debasing tone about failure to fill in sign in sheets completely aren't endearing to long time clients. It's hard to fill out an information sheet with a large dog with no collar in your arms. It'd be appreciated if they'd offer to fill it out for you to their specifications or bring it around the counter instead of letting other clients offer to do it for you.

Your waiting for a long time. Doctor is nice and even made check up calls to me! That was awesome and nice of him to care.
