I just moved to Haltom City. I had a 17 year old dog that needed to be put down. I made an apointment, they say they only do services w/an apointment. Not so. My time was @ 5:45pm. I showed up @ 5:30pm. I knew I would need to fill out some paperwork being my first visit. Upon entering, the very small waiting room was packed. Six pets waiting. I filled out the paperwork and was told that it would be a "little" past 5:45. I told them I did not want to stress my dog anymore, and that I would wait in my truck. They could phone me and I would come in. @6:30 a lady came out to my truck and told me that they where going to put me in the X-ray room until the Dr. could see me. What a mess. Trash everywhere and it sure was not being used as an E-ray room. After waiting a short time a man walked in and said he was going to be right back and give her a seditive and he left. He never introduced himself. Upon paying the gum chewing girl said have a great day. What an Idiot.
