Wait time usually 15 minutes from appt. time. Staff is always correct, do not attempt to tell them anything. WAY WAY over priced. Basic exam is $65 but at another vet 5 miles away basic exam is $25.I like their grooming & because I have started using different vet for exams & shots they come up with some new shot requirement every 6 weeks when I drop off for grooming. Exam & 1 shot this morning $80. Last month exam & 8 shots $111. They are soooo not worth it!

This staff here was just wonderful, from the front desk to the veterinarians to the kennel staff. My dogs get so excited when they come in the door, and my cat, well she stays pretty calm and in a good mood. The hours are great and sometimes I drop off early or make a late appointment. The are open Saturday and Sunday. THey handle my old dog with so much care, and took me right away when I was freaking out because I thought he was having a stroke.
