Great experience with an unexpected accident. The staff told me to come right in even though they had a doctor in surgery and appointments full. I had someone immediately come out to check on my dog and let me know the situation needed attention but that my dog was doing great and had normal color, heart rate etc. The doctor was informative and fully explained what to look for in shock after an injury. They did a fantastic job in fixing his wounds and even gave me medication for pain if he was uncomfortable after going home. I was also allowed to go in the back and be with my dog when they were working on him.

Extremely professional and very caring employees. They do not over vaccinate and covered all options for treating my older pet. They obviously care both about my pets health as well as my financial situation. Highly reccomend

They seem to want to charge for lots of "follow up" visits. They do not give the correct amount of medicine to last the life of prescription, therefore more money. They do not return calls, and phones often tend to be off during "normal business hours." The staff also tends to act above pet owners.

I would NOT recommend this clinic for Veterinarian care.
Dr Jennifer Evans:
-ability to diagnosis a pet's medical problem is woefully inadequate.
My experience:
-feline in an emergency, I described(what I latter discovered) a text book GRAND MAUL SEIZURE. Blood tests normal, cat seemed OK, Dr. Evans dismissed seizure, did not listen to my explanation, said it was NOTHING don't worry.
This cat died 2 months latter of cancer.
-A feline rescue given initial vet check.
*Staff great with grooming & shots
*Dr Evans told me cat had spay scar.
*Cat came into heat; I was told I was wrong
*test(money)verified estrus
*Cat needed $1000 exploratory surgery, for rudimentary ovary.
*Another clinic performed surgery *feline was intact,NO spay scar
*I was called by staff member of Animal Care later checking on my decision to have $1000 surgery. I told her feline was completely intact, spayed by another vet.
Staff member told me I was wrong, mistaken! NO apologies NO admission of mistake
