The doggie daycare and boarding seem very good here. This clinic listened closely to me and then performed tests and a procedure to save my dog's life. Applause! They also were honest about the limitations of their fields of expertise, and advised me where to turn for specialty care. That was great! There were two places I could go to get the operation my pet needed, and limited time. But they told me only about OSU, which, being a student clinic with lots of really nice machines, wasn't able to quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively save my dog. I wound up wasting a precious day of her life with this wild goose chase, then had to go back and beg this clinic to tell me the name of the second choice, which turned out to be a wonder of efficiency. So school loyalty is good when it is fairly balanced with complete info so that one is empowered to act when action is necessary on the fly. I give them 8/10.

This trio of veternarians are worth their weight in gold particularly Dr. Susan Burkhart who helped my ailing pet. Care was above and beyond the call of duty. Modern facility, clean, orderly and well-managed. They even have a doggie day care! Office manager Jennifer a gem.Front office staff very friendly and helpful. Vets thorough and caring in their exams. They don't rush you and their are no dumb questions. Highly recommended.
