Although I took my cat here for a long time, because it was very close to my apartment, I was always a bit dubious about the whole place -- facilities, staff, and Dr. Gasaway's talents and attitude. I stopped going here years ago, but I see no reason to expect any improvement since then. The place was a smelly dump, the staff were distracted, medicines were sometimes dispensed with illegal containers/labels (a reportable offense, btw), and Dr. Gasaway would often joke about recreational prescription drug use ("now, don't YOU take this [cat medecine], he-he").
