This was the WORST experience I have had with a veterinarian. My English bulldog got pregnant and it was not planned. When I explained to them about my Male bulldog penis was bleeding for 3 weeks and was taken to the vet in lapeer and was told that his penis was bleeding because she pulled out they wanted to keep her until she went into labor even though I gave them a date that this happened on. They did an ultrasound for nothing because she wont give me a due date or how many puppies. They were only worried about the money and not my dogs wellbeing. No instructions on the Csection that I set up on Saturday because they weren't going to be keeping her thats for sure. They cut her from first nipple to last nipple then stitched her so now she hurts so bad she wont feed her puppies so we have to bottle feed them. She got sick after she woke up so they did an xray and didn't even tell us but charged us 60. Then charged us a total of 731. Mom still is not doing well. DO NOT TAKE OUR BABIES

I have had many problems and just a horrible experience for over 2 weeks.. From torturing my dog because they couldn't find a vein in 3 legs to giving her razor burn on all 3 legs. Got mixed directions from multiple doctors and waited over a week for a doctor to call me only to have a tech call with instructions that didn't make sense. To calling the emergency number for advice because she had a breakthrough seizure while changing meds. The tech said to put her back on the lowest dosage of the previous med & to bring her back in to have levels checked. Instructions were confusing. After the tech talked to the doctor AGAIN the doc said it was normal to have a breakthrough seizure even on a regular regimen. I explained that she hadn't one in 4 years & ask why would she have one now. She had no answer. I explained how displeased I was with the level of care and follow up with the veterinarians and the hospital and advised that I would never return.

It was unfortunate that my dog ended up at the Sterling Heights and ultimately the Washington Clinic. The clinics are poorly run, there is an utter lack of communication and most importantly compassion. Could not get Dr. Wilson to return my call or explain any treatment plan. I was lied to and misled regarding care, procedures and my dogs status. And worst of all my dog was left to suffer in excrutiating pain. I would never recommend this office or Dr. Wilson to anyone for any animal.

I had recently moved, but his is by far one of the best vets I had ever had! They will answer your questions and their prices are great. When I moved out of state, but had not found a vet yet; I had a question because my dog ate 2 raw chicken **** the staff was very kind and took my questions over the phone and gave me advice about what to do. I highly recommend this vet to my family and friends all of the time!
