The entire staff was extremely kind and caring in a very difficult time. We had to make the choice to put our 19-year old cat Luci down and not only did Maple Veterinary Hospital squeeze us in at the end of a very busy Monday at the last minute, but everyone took time to be kind, considerate and compassionate. It made a very difficult time as comfortable as possible. Thank you all!

Prices too high- no matter what you tell them, the owners treat the staff badly- you can hear them growling at thier coworkers. No one is actually happy if you ask them. The place is clean and the quality of medicine is great, but the tension is so thick in that place- it makes everyone and everything uncomortable.

Wow. Not sure what happened with the other poster, but I have never had an issue there. If you have a longer than expected wait, they explain why and will offer you and your pet water or juice. They are reasonably priced and thorogh. They will do what ever they can based on your budget if you let them know that you are in financial distress. They have someone sitin the cage with your pet until they are fully awake and only have fully licensed people working there. The hospital is well equiped and super clean. The docs are great and the techs are sweet and know many things beyond there education.

The wait time in the room may be slow, but the satff is awsome. They care and even popped in the room with a bottle of water. I will never take my pets anywhere else- they catch everything right away and do the best medicine possible

I've been going to this vet for 6 years, but have decided to change vets because it took 6 years to diagnose my dog with hypothyroidism and they are VERY expensive! For 6 years they said my dog had "allergies" until he had a couple of seizures and they finally checked his blood levels and found that all this time he's had low thyroid levels, NOT allergies.I just took my dog to get a thryroid test and they came in the room with a $900 "estimate". They wanted me to spend $900 to check for hearworms and give immunizations. That is all he needed - for $900??? Seems excessive to me. Also, I had to wait over 1/2 hour in the room by myself and the vet did not come in until I told the assistant I had to leave and couldn't wait around any longer. They were very rude, and made me feel like a bad "doggy mom" when I turned down their "estimate" to spend $900 on a heartworm test and immunizations-I did get the rabies shot. Final bill-$200 for a blood test and rabies shot-too much for me!
