I have a puppy that I wanted checked out because he continuously scratches himself. Rather than do any skin scraping or check his ears at all, I was given an anti-itch shampoo & ear cleanser that did nothing for him. Also, one of the male vet techs cut my dog while trimming his nails & almost dropped him twice. Rather than apologize, he simply carried on as though nothing happened. I requested a specific vet for the visit and was told that they would make a note. When I got there, my request had apparently been completely disregarded since the appointment was set with another vet without telling me why. I wish this city had more vet options to choose from. I didn't leave feeling like my dog was in great hands.
