I left Community Pet Outreach because of our they treated my dad and sister’s dogs. My friend recommended me this place because she said it was great and reasonable. However, community pet is penalizing for my dad expressing his frustration to community pet about how he has treated the dogs and labeled it as a threat. Community Pet decided to put that on my cats’ records because we shared the same account. I don’t live with my dad nor my sister and haven’t for 3 years. Lewisville Vet refuses to take me because of the false claims even though I was sobbing on the phone begging them to take me and said I had nothing to do with it. I wasn’t a part of my sister’s dog nor my dad’s dog being put down. The receptionist wouldn’t let me talk to the doctor to explain the situation. It makes me think that both hospitals are connected in a way. I don’t know why they would associate themselves with a hospital that doesn’t do what’s best for pets and lies on patients’ records.

I have been going to Lewisville Animal Hospital for almost 4 years. I love this vet and this clinic. As stated by a previous poster, Dr. Bone IS direct and to the point, but I like that. He always gives me all the options available and lets me make up my own mind as to what is best for my dogs. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and honest. I trust him and his staff. The clinic is immaculately clean every time I have gone in.

I found Dr. Bones to be quite competent, but his bedside manner was a bit harsh for my preferences. Don't tell a patient when they bring you their sick cat that there's not much to be done and "let's face it, you're probably only going to get 2 or 3 more years out of him anyway". Look, whether its the truth or not, this IS my pet we're talking about here, not a used car.

This was a great experience. I arrived at my scheduled time with my new patient information in hand and was cheerfully greeted, by Dr Bones and staff and immediately ushered to our patient room. The examination evaluation results, given by Dr Bones, were very clear and in layman's terms I could easily understand to make the best decision for the wellness of my pet, but within my financial budget. I was impressed with this visit enough to make this facility my new place to take my best friend for medical care. Dr. Bones is obviously an expert in his field. The facility was very clean and organized with a professional staff to compliment the entire experience. My visit was certainly above the norm and one which warrants a return and surprisingly enough the price was less than expected. Thank you Dr Bones and Staff and keep up the good work. We need more like you.

Dr. Bone is wonderful. Everyone is very nice and his work is excellent. I would recommend him to anyone!
