Don't take your pets here unless you want to spend more for vaccinations, heart worm medicine and be punished for not using their store to save money.
After three unsuccessful trips to Costco Pharmacy and 4 separate trips to Cross Timbers Veterinary over the course of 2.5 months since my puppies annual visit, I still do not have the right heart worm medicine prescription . The vet's response was "I told you it would be difficult to get heart worm medicine outside of our clinic". Wow! Really?!
They also misquoted the price of annual exam and vaccinations by over $100 total for 2 dogs (with nothing special added on, so no reason for the misquote).
The staff is nice but the front desk staff is not empowered enough to truly help the clients.
