my dog was itching and pulling out his fur. We had no idea what was wrong with him. Mid Island vet had been recommended to us some time ago and finally we decided to give them a try. We liked the idea of more natural remedies. We saw Dr. Louise and she was caring, even getting down on the floor with our dog, Benson. We never felt rushed at all. Dr. Louise did some allergy testing and we found out that Benson had a lot of food allergies. It was recommended that we put him on a diet of salmon and veggies for 8 weeks and return after that. Benson still has allergies but with the food that was recommended, he's thriving. We couldn't be happier because now Benson has more energy, he doesn't itch and he's more playful. The staff at the clinic have been very friendly and very helpful and I would highly recommend this clinic. Thank you.

Caring, informative, compassionate and incredible at what they do! I would not trust my fur-babies with anyone else. They are always genuinely interested in my dogs, patient with all of my questions and always willing to go above and beyond. I never feel rushed during an appointment and they never make me feel like any concerns or questions I have about my dogs health are important and worth discussing. Even the ladies that answer the phones are so well informed and able to give great advice or will ask one of the Dr.'s if they don't know. Thank you so much!

This clinic is amazing after 2 rounds of antibiotics and a 3 rd prescribed I took my dog to Dr. Jeff for a second opinion. Thank god I did, after a simple allergy test he found my dog only needed new food. Not the prescription food that would have harmed her that the other vet also prescribed. He is caring and understanding and easy to understand and trust. My dog is now healthy and happy thanks to this vet. I would now never go anywhere else! All the other staff are friendly and you can tell they really care about your pet.

The thing I love most about this clinic is how kind, gentle and understanding they are with pets AND people. You couldn't ask for better bedside manner. Having said that, my cat was misdiagnosed and treated for something she didn't have. It only later became apparent something was off when she had blood in her urine. When they get it right, it's really right.

My vet had told me he needed major surgery to remove the skin around a tumor, I decided to get a second opinion at this clinic. My cat is only 3 and I felt skeptical that the other vet knew what she was doing, so I went to see Jeff. He got the cats medical info faxed over from the Bellevue clinic and discussed my cat with me after giving him a thorough examination. He thought it wasn't a cancerous tumor and said that if it was one of his cats, he would wait and monitor the site. I did and it healed up completely. Jeff even called me later that week to follow up and make sure my cat was fine. Also he would had charged me $160 to remove the skin around the "tumor" with freezing, while the other vet wanted to put my cat under and charge me $500.

Both Jeff and Louise are awesome. I completely trust them with my dogs, which I don't do lightly. They give me my options, respect my opinion and choice and really seem to love being vets. They stay current and are a truly holistic vets.
