I've been taking to my dog to another vet in town for a while, and then I thought I'd switch to Creekview because they are so close to me. The first couple experience were okay, but I've never walked away feeling good about my interactions with the staff. They seem nice, but like they were being forced to be nice. Then I took my dog in and they kept him overnight. I called the next day to find out when I could get him. The lady who I've only spoken to a couple times before, was extremely rude and actually mean. I told her something to the effective of, "hey, I'm a customer, maybe this isn't the right tone." She then yelled into the phone a time and hung up. I went I got my dog, I interacted with her as little as possible but the whole time I was there she was very angry. I don't know why, it's not my business to know, but I don't want my animal in an environment with people acting unprofessionally and whose action can't be predicted. I change vet's back to my old vet right after.
