they are no longer a 24 hour clinic. they have moved to gratiot ave. good luck finding the building since when you make an appt they don't bother to tell you they've moved.

They care more about money than they do your animals. Every time I brought my pets in, I got overcharged for treatment that did absolutely nothing to help my animals. I'm tired of never getting any answers. Just "theories" and expensive medicines that don't work.

This office gets very busy in afternoon hours and you can wait abit but if you are flexible on appt times can slide right in without issue. We especially like the early morning hours, so convenient for us. Having the 24 hour ER services has been a blessing I wish we hadn't needed so often. Yes they are a little pricy on everyday care. As to the staff, from reception, tech to vet they are great. They have been caring and talented, going the extra mile for our animals and us both at 9am and Midnight. I appreciate the fact that they have specialists on staff.

This place is a joke, they don't care about any animal, they want a big fat wad of cash. I wouldn't recommend these people to my enemies. Not only did they miss diagnose my dog and could have killed him, but the neighboors rushed there 6 year old up there because her puppy was hit by a motorcycle, and they would even look at the dog unless 500 dollars was produced. Turned them away, I know its like that in a lot of places and I understand that care is expensive.. but come on, do it for the love of animals. bottom line is.. this place doesnt know what there doing AT ALL. there quacks.. dont go there.
