I would have to agree with the first comment.. mike robinson is NOT the nicest guy out there by any meens, personal opionion I believe he is a smart man but needs to pull his self pride down a few levels. He happened to denie my dog for treatment for being late to an appointment. an appointment that i had called ahead to let know i was going to be late, i had to drive 45 minutes to get there. when i arived i was told my dog was not to be seen and also that i couldnt purchase any of his meds that he needed. My dog looks worse than he has ever looked and i m sure felt. I fear losing him everyday cause of the stress i see put back on him from not reciving treatment. on top of that the perscription i tried to get from 1-800 pet meds Mike Robinsons decided he would not approve for my dog to recieve it.
