BEWARE - I have used the services of veterinary clinics for my own dogs as well as for the dogs I have rescued for over 25 years now, and this is by far, the WORST veterinary clinic I have ever used. DR. LAURA MENDES and her entire staff are incompetent, unprofessional and extremely rude and smug (Kathleen, Stephanie). I have spent thousands of dollars at her clinic and have continually been treated badly by her staff. Additionally, every time I have gone, the clinic has been filthy, and there are always toddlers, kids or non-staff walking around the back of the clinic through the exam rooms, etc. I have left countless number of messages for Dr. Mendes when I needed to talk to her about my dogs, and she has NEVER once returned my calls and when I have gone in person, I have been told that she is too busy to speak to me. She and her staff have also given me WRONG information which could have resulted in my dogs' deaths if I had not been alert and asked more questions. STAY AWAY! :(
