Very long story short, my dog was misdiagnosed with a very serious diagnosis by the staff at Indian Tree that would have required a very painful (and TOTALLY UNNECESSARY!)procedure if I had not obtained a second opinion. Angry is not the word to describe what I am over the entire situation from start to eventual finish. The injections and surgery or euthanasia options that were presented to me were wrong and not the correct way to even begin to treat the situation. Many dollars and lost of experience later I would NEVER recommend this vet to anyone for anything other than a rabies shot-- and then you should know that it will likely be a wildly over priced shot. Do yourself and your companion animals a favor and find a different vet because this place looks nice and the people who work there are very friendly-- but that is about it. The actual medical skill is lacking and the pricing is ludicrous.

Have been taking my two dogs to indian tree for many years. There staff, service and facility are unmatched!

I took a dog in to have a simple dewclaw that had gotten torn. They gave my dog an antibiotic shot and wrapped it and that was $260. I was told that the recheck would be free-it actually turned out to be $40 more for a 5 min. recheck by the tech. I have other examples but this should suffice. This place has become WAY OVERPRICED. I used to like it here.

Receptionist was great and facility very modern and clean. Unfortunately, the vet was apathetic, arrogant, and after two failed needle aspirations and $400, I had no more information about my pet than before the visit. And they even botched a simple nail trim - split nails and cut into the quick.

I was seen on an Emergency. The staff and Dr. was awesome.
