Our chihuahua had severe diarrhea and vomiting for 18 hrs so we went to Fiest. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. The Dr. explained to me that it could be a number of things and there are numerous ways to treat it, but for now to just go home and return to the ER I was SO shocked that she did not give her any fluids or pills for the loose stool. I was concerned about dehydration and asked how much she should drink...she told us 3/4 to 1 cup in a 24 hour period and sent us on our way with a bill. GWe went home and our little one was still having severe diarrhea.... We were finally able to get her into our vet (St. Francis Animal and Bird) after the weekend. They seemed VERY surprised that our little one was not prescribed any meds or administered any fluids. They quickly ran blood test and administered fluids under her skin and took a fecel sample. . We found out she had 5 PARASITES! ?I WILL NEVER go to Fiest again...they don't seem to care and they did not take good care ofOur chihuahua

We have taken our dogs to Feist for over 25 years. In the last two years we have been disappointed with their services, prices, and availability of vets. When we were on vacation, our dog needed emergency surgery, so we called the clinic with the idea that they could help us find a clinic that we could take our pet to as we didn't have access to the internet. Staff told us they couldn't help us and we should call 411 or look in the yellow pages to find a vet clinic. Since this clinic became VCA, the "small clinic" with a personal touch has been lost. Front desk staff is very impersonal and doesn't talk with owners except to ask if their pet has been weighed and what time their appointment is at. We have changed clinics and have found it be everything Feist use to be.

We quit going there when it became VCA. They are still sending us mail to bring our dog in when we told them a year ago we were switching vets. You see a different Dr almost every time. It takes days to get a medication filled the clinic we go to now does it the same day. I took our puppy there when she was 3 months old no one said anything about the puppy. When she messed on the floor I told a staff that was sweeping one of the rooms and her response was I will be there when I am done. Always had to wait to pay bills and even after we paid them they would send us a letter saying we owed a balance. No compassion and very unorganized.

The front staff is extremely friendly. The doctors are wonderful especially John Flaagan and Amy Harcourt. They take care of all the animals form Boston terrier Rescue.
