An excellent facility with caring professional doctors and staff. State of the art equipment and an opportunity for one stope chopping offereing grooming,boarding, pet foods and supplies. The facility is attractive and clean and the employees are friendly and efficient.

I would NOT recommend this place! I researched and was recommended this place by a friend for my dog. They kept me waiting, then told me they had no idea what was wrong! I called the next day after my dog was even sicker to get the test results only to be sent to the vets voicemail (later found out she wasnt even in that day). I demanded I speak to someone, and then I was pressured into expensive procedures and was told my dog might die if I dont do them. I paid my $300 bill (still NO IDEA what was wrong) and took my dog elsewhere. I paid less at the other vet and now my dog is on his way to recovery and has a treatment plan that is affordable. I was VERY upset hearing the worse case scenarios should I not pay for a $250 xray that "might" tell them something. I would NEVER trust my dog back here. They were very nice, but seemed only to care about the money they could make, not about my dog.

I love that University has so many doctors because I can always get in to see someone. The hospital is laid out really well and I *love* the boarding areas! My dog and cats have a great time when they board there. The prices are right in line considering their doctors have so much experience and skill. I like that I can buy my pet food and I can get my dog groomed right at the same place! One time, when I brought my dog, Louie, in for grooming, the groomer found a puncture wound on his foot that I would never have noticed. She alerted my vet who examined him and called me with a treatment plan. I really appreciated the attention that the groomer and the vet gave Louie and it made it really easy and convenient for me to get him treated. I also like that they send me reminder cards in the mail so I don't have to keep track of when all my pets' vaccines and exams are due. Thank you University Animal Hospital for providing my pets with top-notch care!

This is a wonderful hospital with very caring staff and doctors. I wll not take my animals anywhere else. I appreciate the time they take with me and explain what my animals need. They seem to be very progressive with their medicine and that is very important to me. The front office is always smiling and I enjoy talking with them.

THis is a very nice place, but it is very large and you never see the same doctor twice. The front staff can also be very rude as well. They are very expensive as well. The hours are great, longer than most places, probably why they charge so much

The staff and doctors are always so compassionate and caring. They are a bit on the expensive side for vaccinations, but always see you if you have an emergency, and are very thorough with explanations in layman's terms.

This is the only hospital I will take my animals to. The staff is so caring and helpful, the vets are knowledgeable and treat you like your their only patient. The docters have a voice mail you can leave questions on and they'll call you back. The facilities are always clean and impressive. And I know they've be voted one of the top five vets in the state a couple of times. Just take a tour and you'll fall in love to!
