Click to report rating    10/22/09   5     5     5     5   Our dog was sick for 6 months, first with pneumonia and a mysterious illness affecting his neurological system. The vet we orginally went to could not diagnose what was wrong. We suspected some kind of tick born disease as the symptoms were very similiar. Unfortunately the snap test came back negative. So we went to this one for a second opinion. A full blood test was done. Although the test was not conclusive and after a lengthy discussion, he was willing to put our dog on the medicine for tick disease as a trial. Sure enough, our dog got better on the first 2 doses. He has been off the medicine for at least a month and a half and is back to his normal self, except a seemingly permanent damage to his right hind leg. The first vet is caring and good but I really like Doctor at Vetcetera, who is thorough, kind, open to our input, and yet honest. What can I say? He saved our dog's life! RID: 14971
Click to report rating    11/17/08   1     1     1     1   Horrible! They scare you into gettting services you don't even need. I just paid $400 for my cat's teeth - they said they would probably need to pull my cat's tooth so they put him under and cleaned his teeth. When I came to pick up my cat they said they didn't need to pull the tooth after all! WOW - $400 to clean my cat's teeth - WTF?? Also they try and get you to do blood work every chance they get, that's $200 a pop! NEVER going here again!! RID: 10615
Click to report rating    6/19/08   4     2     4     4   Took my newly adopted cat for check up right after I apdopted her. The doctor seemed nice, but his hands were VERY Shaky...made me kinda nervous when he was handling the kitten. But he was pretty gentle. Also, he had a strong accent and had a little problem communicating what he was trying to say. The facilities were okay, but kind of old. The front desk staff was really nice. RID: 8956
Click to report rating    5/18/07   5     5     5     5   Excellent service, friendly staff. I have used this hospital for my dog for years now, and have nothing but good things to say about them. The doctor always takes time to explain everything and is very caring. I recommend this hospital to everyone. RID: 3993
