Serious problems with customer service and relations. Vet was condescending on multiple occasions and when directly confronted on it simply denied it and flat out refused to apologize for his attitude/treatment of customers. This staff is unable to groom cats. Two out of three times the cat came back with nicks, when asked about them the vet/staff insisted she was difficult. No other groomer in the past 5 years has had any problems with grooming this cat. Facilities are old and falling apart, they could use a scrub, does not appear to have ever been cleaned well. On multiple occasions this vet has made me wait for over an hour for an appointment I was informed on both occasions that there was an emergency. Vet wants to up-sell and sell services that are completely unnecessary.
