We are so very pleased with Dr Zacharias and her staff, we actually changed vets. We now drive from Abbotsford to Cloverdale for visits even with my old vet clinic across the street.

Please be mindful when recommending treatment plans for pet owners. I was left feeling like I was not a good owner if I did not choose to do a certain medical testing. With that said, I was forced to agree to a test for my animal. In addition to that, the doctor explained that if we did not do the test, then she would feel uncertain about the medication she would be prescribing. However, even after the test, she still used the language "it is most likely...(the illness)." If I were going to pay extra for a certain test that she insisted on conducting, then the doctor better be certain of her diagnosis. With her uncertainty even after the test, it made me feel uneasy-thinking that I just spent this amount of money on a diagnosis that she is still unsure of.
Overall, my animal is feeling better. Perhaps, the doctor was right all along. I just wish that she handled the situation a little better.

The new owner is nice, but prepare to pay more than you need to. Our dog had a suspected food allergy, and the vet asked us to follow-up every week for a month to check out her itchy spots, that we can see ourselves was improving at home. When asked if we could get her full course of meds and keep an eye on her ourselves and come in if necessary, she insisted we come back for f/u and dispense our next week of drugs then. Each fu is $35! We also found out later that the meds she gave our dog did not need tapering off, but she did anyways, so that was an extra $100! She always asks for followup appts. One time she did a skin scrape on our dog for mites that came up negative but she treated anyways (which is very common, so that's ok) but then she wanted ANOTHER fu and ANOTHER skin scrape to make sure it was still negative. Why would it be positive if she was treated already? The mite medicine she gave us was also the most expensive in that class of meds. $30 vs the other ones at $20!

Such an awful place with a terribly bad doctor. They scammed us into buying unneeded pain killers which could have ended up further injuring our puppy. They don't give you the X-rays we laid $160 for nor do they give you copies or email them. They also considered surgery on our pug puppy who only had a soft tissue injury. Also, they don't call you back when they promise they will. This vet is incredibly inexperienced and does not care for their animal patients. I will never be returning.

Never had such amazing post care for my elderly dog. Uncertain on costs due to vet chgs for dif degrees of service. Overall would definitely recommend this very personal vet clinic -great bed side manners and super aftercare.

Took my little chocolate lab in on Feb 2nd and I knew the outcome was grim. Dr. Purborini and Deanna were awesome to deal with. In my very sad time they were compassionate, caring and thoughtful. In fact Dr. Purborini had tears well up in her eyes as we discussed the outcome. I was most impressed by Dr. Purborini and would highly recommend her. What a truly wonderful human being she is.

My 11 year old Jack Russell had undergone some blood work at the clinic that my mom goes to, and I’ve always felt skeptical about that one. I decided to get a second opinion and chose Panorama Village from other referrals. Turns out my Jack has a mast cell tumor and treating it would require removing the entire leg. I was very upset about this and was seeking some alternatives. Panorama Village gave me what I needed to know, and demonstrated compassion towards my dog. As a result, I decided to use palliative care for my dog, and so far it has been great. I can say the positives are there and my Jack is not in any pain as long as I follow the instructions that Panorama Village provided.

I’ve tried a couple of animal clinics in the area, but decided to stick wit Panorama Village. Even though it is a bit farther than the clinic near my place I like to keep it safe when I need help with my animals. I remember having my pets first exam to be free of charge. Their fees and medication costs are very reasonable.

Cannot say enough good about this clinic...staff, doctors...the most caring people! Knowledgable and loving. I board my small Pom/Chi there for daycare and she loves them all. They take such good care of our 4 footed friends!

The vet assistants are great - they ully explain everything, provide quotes before procedures, and do follow-up. Dr. Zoran interacts with my cats and dog before procedures and puts them at ease. They work with the families to find the best method of treatment. Vet costs are good - definately lower than some places. I'll definately come back.

Very knowledgeable and caring Vet but extremely pushy with selling extra services. Makes you feel bad if you do not order more tests or use the newest technology during surgery. I had to switch to a different Vet as I did not need the extra stress arguing against why I did not want what I deemed an uneccessarry service while my pet was ill. Unsolicited phone calls out from nowhere trying to book my pet in for a concern I had during a previous visit weeks ago.

I adopted my pet from this hospital and have stayed with them ever since. They are very caring, always have a couple of rescued animals for adoption. The staff are very knowledgable and helpful and Dr Radnic is just great. I would definately recommend this hospital to everyone.
