Click to report rating    11/5/20   5     5     5     5   We are so very pleased with Dr Zacharias and her staff, we actually changed vets. We now drive from Abbotsford to Cloverdale for visits even with my old vet clinic across the street. RID: 69631
Click to report rating    3/20/19   5     5     5     4   They are genuine in their care for the patients and friendly too. RID: 67653
Click to report rating    9/10/18   2     3     3     2   Please be mindful when recommending treatment plans for pet owners. I was left feeling like I was not a good owner if I did not choose to do a certain medical testing. With that said, I was forced to agree to a test for my animal. In addition to that, the doctor explained that if we did not do the test, then she would feel uncertain about the medication she would be prescribing. However, even after the test, she still used the language "it is most likely...(the illness)." If I were going to pay extra for a certain test that she insisted on conducting, then the doctor better be certain of her diagnosis. With her uncertainty even after the test, it made me feel uneasy-thinking that I just spent this amount of money on a diagnosis that she is still unsure of. Overall, my animal is feeling better. Perhaps, the doctor was right all along. I just wish that she handled the situation a little better. RID: 66771
Click to report rating    6/17/17   1     5     5     1   The new owner is nice, but prepare to pay more than you need to. Our dog had a suspected food allergy, and the vet asked us to follow-up every week for a month to check out her itchy spots, that we can see ourselves was improving at home. When asked if we could get her full course of meds and keep an eye on her ourselves and come in if necessary, she insisted we come back for f/u and dispense our next week of drugs then. Each fu is $35! We also found out later that the meds she gave our dog did not need tapering off, but she did anyways, so that was an extra $100! She always asks for followup appts. One time she did a skin scrape on our dog for mites that came up negative but she treated anyways (which is very common, so that's ok) but then she wanted ANOTHER fu and ANOTHER skin scrape to make sure it was still negative. Why would it be positive if she was treated already? The mite medicine she gave us was also the most expensive in that class of meds. $30 vs the other ones at $20! RID: 63927
Click to report rating    11/16/16   1     2     3     1   ?Worst inept vet clinic. Cat looked ill, took him here & they did blood/urine/x-ray. Adv he had kidney disease. Given 4 types of meds. Our cat got worse and worse. Wouldn't eat, couldn't poop. The meds made him worse. Took him in twice, told he was dehydrated & they gave him an enema. He kept getting worse. Called the vet, told he was in but not working. Adv them our cat was doing poorly. He wouldn't take my call! They'll sure take your money. He called back 3 hrs later & said he re-checked the x-ray and thought he saw a mass!! This is 12 days later! Said we could get an ultrasound done! No chance with them. Went to another vet, found out our cat was riddled with cancer and we had to say goodbye to him right there and then. The cancer couldn't be stopped but Panorama's diagnosis/treatment was horrible. They never even called to check how he was. We had pre-booked an appt and they called to see if we were coming! Really? We would never recommend this clinic! RID: 62019
Click to report rating    9/25/16   1     3     3     1   Thes clinic give my puppy a "Mandatory physical exam" when I took my dot for her puppy vaccination, the vet uses hands to "feel the puppy from head to tail which took less than a minute, then I was being told my puppy is healthy, when I was ready to pay for the vaccine, they asked for $49.90 for the exam fee! I paid the first time and thought perhaps my dog is considered as a new patient to them, then again after 20 days, I took my puppy for the third set of shots, without even telling me, the vet did the less than a minute touching "EXAM" again and asked me to pay for the $49.90 again! I told hem my puppy is healthy I don't need the exam, plus, no one ever told me there will be a exam with the shots again, the vet told me " IT IS Mandatory!" I have to say these people are CRAZY for money, I wonder if they do the same thing to other new puppy owners as well? Do Not go there! As I asked around other animal hospitals in the area and confirmed that all this kind of "physical exam" are in RID: 61690
Click to report rating    2/23/16   5     4     5     4   We are the new customers to Panorama Village Animal Hospital. We don't mind driving all the way from Tri Cities to follow the doctor who took care of our dog as a puppy. We trust Dr. Ina's experience and professionalism. As our dog is now in his senior years, he needs more medical attention and care, all medication prescribed seems to work well on him. Dr.Ina and her staff listen carefully to all concerns we have regarding our dog, they took time to explain in details all procedures and medications, they dive us options and seems to truly care about their patients and the concerned "pet parents" Thank you! RID: 59874
Click to report rating    5/8/15   1     2     1     1   Such an awful place with a terribly bad doctor. They scammed us into buying unneeded pain killers which could have ended up further injuring our puppy. They don't give you the X-rays we laid $160 for nor do they give you copies or email them. They also considered surgery on our pug puppy who only had a soft tissue injury. Also, they don't call you back when they promise they will. This vet is incredibly inexperienced and does not care for their animal patients. I will never be returning. RID: 56941
Click to report rating    3/16/15   5     5     4     4   Never had such amazing post care for my elderly dog. Uncertain on costs due to vet chgs for dif degrees of service. Overall would definitely recommend this very personal vet clinic -great bed side manners and super aftercare. RID: 56287
Click to report rating    12/28/14   5     5     4     5   New to the area and went to the dog park and met an owner who recommended to come here. I took my 10 year old dog there as she seem to have a huge lump growing from the side of her rib, the doctors were extremely compassionate and full of knowledge. We did what was recommended and had surgery to remove the lump and send out the sample to know exactly what the lump was. When we came back for our recheck, the results of the lump was bad news but both doctor were extremely amazing giving me comfort when I found out the bad news. We since have been provided with options on what to do next and my dog is still doing great!! We since moved out to Vancouver but we still see Dr. Ina and Dr. Zoran as they make you feel like you're a part of their family and treats my pets like it's their own. Not only are the doctors incredible, the rest of the staff are truly amazing, friendly and knowledgeable.Prices are higher than around the neighborhood, but you pay for what you get.. and that's awesomeness RID: 55217
Click to report rating    8/9/14   5     3     3     1   Dr. Zoran is really great with animals and is great at what he does. But I got annoyed that he was always trying to sell us products. Every single time I went in there I was persuaded to buy a certain food, or a certain product, or anything really. I also found the prices at this clinic to be almost double what other clinics were charging -for basically every treatment and medication. I stopped going here because of the upselling and the cost of services here and moved to newton animal hospital. haven't had that problem there. RID: 52979
Click to report rating    4/14/14   5     5     5     5   I am so impressed by all this animal hospital, especially Dr. Ina Purborini. (note- she only works here 3 days/wk and works in PoCo the rest of the week) The comments about her in previous reviews are all true. She is very compassionate, empathetic, knowledgable and she treats my cat with love. Like a previous reviewer, I too thought my cat and I were special but apparently she is this way with everyone. She takes all the time needed to explain things in lay terms and truly cares about the animals more than making money. The clinic is very clean and the assistants are all very kind and knowledgable. I feel so fortunate to have found this clinic and especially Dr. Ina. She truly is the best vet I've ever been to. RID: 51035
Click to report rating    2/4/14   5     5     5     5   Took my little chocolate lab in on Feb 2nd and I knew the outcome was grim. Dr. Purborini and Deanna were awesome to deal with. In my very sad time they were compassionate, caring and thoughtful. In fact Dr. Purborini had tears well up in her eyes as we discussed the outcome. I was most impressed by Dr. Purborini and would highly recommend her. What a truly wonderful human being she is. RID: 49631

Click to report rating    6/27/13   5     5     5     4   Awesome experience, and great community of professionals at Panorama Village. My expectations are usually high especially for my pets. This clinic really puts the little ones we love at the forefront. For example ask anything of the vets and they'll give you the answers. No up-selling on treatments or redundancies. But when I want additional support or care, they are right there to help us. RID: 43342
6/26/13   1     1     1     1   My 11 year old Jack Russell had undergone some blood work at the clinic that my mom goes to, and I’ve always felt skeptical about that one. I decided to get a second opinion and chose Panorama Village from other referrals. Turns out my Jack has a mast cell tumor and treating it would require removing the entire leg. I was very upset about this and was seeking some alternatives.  Panorama Village gave me what I needed to know, and demonstrated compassion towards my dog. As a result, I decided to use palliative care for my dog, and so far it has been great. I can say the positives are there and my Jack is not in any pain as long as I follow the instructions that Panorama Village provided. RID: 43330
6/26/13   4     4     4     5   I’ve tried a couple of animal clinics in the area, but decided to stick wit Panorama Village. Even though it is a bit farther than the clinic near my place I like to keep it safe when I need help with my animals.  I remember having my pets first exam to be free of charge. Their fees and medication costs are very reasonable.  RID: 43329
Click to report rating    1/24/13   5     5     5     5   Cannot say enough good about this clinic...staff, doctors...the most caring people! Knowledgable and loving. I board my small Pom/Chi there for daycare and she loves them all. They take such good care of our 4 footed friends! RID: 39891
Click to report rating    8/19/12   5     5     5     5   Without a doubt the most amazing staff I have ever met. So incredibly kind, compassionate and genuine. I am completely blown away with the love and care we received today. I will never take my pets anywhere else again and will recommend this clinic to everyone I know!! Thank you all so much <3 From Suzy, Tyson & Bella RID: 36679
Click to report rating    1/25/12   5     5     5     4   The vet assistants are great - they ully explain everything, provide quotes before procedures, and do follow-up. Dr. Zoran interacts with my cats and dog before procedures and puts them at ease. They work with the families to find the best method of treatment. Vet costs are good - definately lower than some places. I'll definately come back. RID: 31772
Click to report rating    7/22/11   5     5     5     4   Love the staff and the veterinarian! They even have a mascot dog who is really friendly with all animals! The girls are really polite and caring and the doctor got right on the floor with my dog until she was comfortable! They spoiled her with cookies, now she loves it there, the vaccine prices were a little cheaper than last year which was nice! RID: 26400
Click to report rating    7/9/11   5     4     4     4   Fantastic Staff and nice facility. A little expensive but worth the wonderful care. Did have to laugh at the sign saying that the table had been sanitized for my pet's safety and it had crumbs and fur on it though. :) Ran about 20 minutes late but checked in as soon as I went in the door and again apologized for the delay. That was okay with me because they acknowledged it. Loved how the vet let my dog get used to him - so I learned something because I was going to scruff my dog into the room who was panicking but the vet let him get used to the idea first. No high pressure - just truthful facts, gives estimate and tells you to go home and think about it before committing. Two thumbs up from me! RID: 26111
Click to report rating    9/14/07   5     5     5     5   Awesome staff and doctors. Very caring, I know my cats and dogs are always well taken care off. Never been pushy to me, so not sure what previous poster means. RID: 5904
Click to report rating    8/9/07   3     5     5     3   Very knowledgeable and caring Vet but extremely pushy with selling extra services. Makes you feel bad if you do not order more tests or use the newest technology during surgery. I had to switch to a different Vet as I did not need the extra stress arguing against why I did not want what I deemed an uneccessarry service while my pet was ill. Unsolicited phone calls out from nowhere trying to book my pet in for a concern I had during a previous visit weeks ago. RID: 5547
Click to report rating    5/18/07   5     5     5     5   I adopted my pet from this hospital and have stayed with them ever since. They are very caring, always have a couple of rescued animals for adoption. The staff are very knowledgable and helpful and Dr Radnic is just great. I would definately recommend this hospital to everyone. RID: 3994
