We have used these vets for years and was initially pleased with the practice. Gradually noticed a decline in services, including vet/staff turnover, which prevents continuity in pet's care. There appears to be an agenda to maintain services (prescriptions/special diet)within the practice which is high cost to client but profitable for the vet. My experience has been when boarding, my pet usually comes home with one medication at pick up because of an injury or illness (scrapes, viral/vomiting). When I requested a referal to a specialist for my pet, the topic was avoided and again, appears to be reluctance to refer outside their practice. This could all be an unfortunate series of events, however, the safety and health of my pet is important. Secondly, it is a business, and I will not invest more money for poor service.

Felt I was being snowed by vet there. Thought my puppy had ingested poison. When found it was not toxic, went to pick up my baby. Suddenly she was having seizures and had been anesthetized, high fever, etc. $1200.00 later, puppy was fine. Do NOT trust these people!
