Rude, unprofessional vet tech and non-compassionate vets. They yelled at me and my dog when a scuffle broke out with my dog and another one. No one was injured, but the vet tech blamed my dog for biting (There was NO biting. My dog has never bitten another). Vet tech treated me rudely and the owner did not seem to understand what happened. I will never take my pets here again because of this.

We took our cat Grania to Boulevard to have a dime-sized growth removed from her shoulder. Two nights later she was dead. In between, Boulevard did a lot more cutting than they said they’d do. They failed to provide the care she needed. And they misled us at every major point. We got Grania back with a four-inch slash on her back. Boulevard never gave us a hint it might be that extensive. Her forepaw was swollen up like a balloon because Boulevard hadn’t removed a tourniquet. When she began bleeding steadily the next day, they took her overnight for observation -- but didn’t tell us there was no one there overnight. The next day they said she might need a transfusion. But they didn’t give her one, and finally said we might take her somewhere with 24-hour care because they weren’t staffed overnight. We chose a place, and Boulevard swore they’d let it know we were coming. Grania died just after we got there. No one we talked to there had heard anything from anyone at Boulevard.

After going to Boulevard Vets for over 25 years, we switched after a very bad experience. Our very old cat was given a sedative and ended up dying from it. After the experience I researched and everything I read said that you should never give a cat with compromised kidneys a sedative, and yet our cat, whose kidneys were half the size they were supposed to be, was given one. They then sent us home with a cat that was a vegetable, rather than suggesting that we put her to sleep. During all of this they also kept calling our cat "he" no matter how many times we corrected them and called her a "she". It was just insulting. Don't let them hurt your animal too.

My dog was 2 years old. His face was swollen but he was walking, eating, drinking, playing with his toy when we took him to this vet. The vet gave him an injection. When we got home, our dog started bleeding - heavily. His**** was blood. He must have thrown up blood 30 times. Then he died on our kitchen floor that night.

This place looks nice on the outside but inside it looks like a mess. The chairs are ORANGE! Not that it matters but the only doctor that seems to be in it for the sake of your animal is the female doctor. They charge you 17 dollars to cut your dog/cats nails. You would think with all the money they make they would fix that place up. The laminate floors are all broken aswell. The techs are very inexperienced as well.

THEY ARE ALL CARING AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL ON EITHER ON THE PHONE OR AN APPOINTMENT. THEY WILL GIVE YOUR PET THE BEST CARE AROUND. THEY ARE NOT IN IT FOR THE MONEY. THEY EVEN OFFER A MULTI-PET DISCOUNT. I WOULDNT GO ANYWHERE ELSE IF THEY PAID ME. THEY ARE GREAT.
