We never had poor medical care here, but we changed to another vet because of the office staff. We could never get simple questions answered and got overall poor customer service.

Dr. Spong is the most caring vet in the business. Every time we come it he spends 30 minutes just chatting with us about our dogs. It's clear how much he loves animals and his rapport with them is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful and prices are very reasonable. We recently moved back from a temporary stay in DC (2 years) - but we would fly our dogs back up to MN to be vetted here, because we trust them that much. We've tried vets all over the cities, and this is the best!
