The staff is very friendly, attentive and willing to answer any silly questions I might come up with. Vet West and his staff are amazing at calming our little doxi down. The other attending Vets are kind and genuine and make sure we get the best treatment without nickle and diming one to death. My little one has allergies and I have to take her often for allergy shots. Everyone knows her and is happy to see her when we come in. A commercial chain Vet Clinic I first visited tried to stick us with ridiculous shampoo treatments that were completely useless and utterly expensive. The Vet bill went from $480.00 to $140.00 when we realized they were trying to sell us commisioned products that wouldn't help at all. The Vets at the Animal Hospital of Santa Fe told me about helpful alterations to her diet. We found a great skin treatment and advice through Vet West. We have found a Vet for life.
