The staff is friendly and facilities ok however every time we go to this location its up-sale everything from meds to shots that aren't needed. i took our dog for grooming and after they wanted to do an exam give two test that weren't necessary and sell yet another higher priced multi that did the same as the previous one i owed $350. well i decided to get his same multi online for 85. a lot cheaper than 150. but still had to pay for an exam and heart worm and parasite test that of course were negative. i get the feeling that money is more important than my pet. i will not be back.
