This establishment is beneath contempt. Because they were having some kind of gathering they let my cat die in my arms without unlocking the door as I kept giving CPR to bring her back. I don't care what they were doing with a building full of animal doctors, to let one of their own patients die because they were too busy is beneath contempt. I would no longer trust this animal hospital to clip my pets' toenails or bathe them!

I have taken my dogs and cats to this vet for many years. They have always been kind, considerate and loving to my pets as well as my family. I have always felt the cost was reasonable especially for very excellent care.

Diagnosed my dog. Missed the obvious that the next vet caught immediately. I contacted BBB, vet was supposed to refund my money in Nov. Sent to wrong address according to them. Have contacted them,numerous times since mid Nov 2010, no response. Staff are rude, place is expensive. AVOID.
