I boarded 3 dogs for 3 nights. Two of the dogs had been physically injured by the staff.

I called them yesterday to see if they would look at my sons new puppy he adopted. He had scratched his neck raw when we changed his collar he was out growing. I was told they would be closing at noon so I could not get them to look at the dog. I said I understand. And asked if they could recomend another vet in the area? This made the woman mad and she said in a rude manner to look in the phone book and hung up on me. Dont take you pets here ever. I guess if they could not get my money they could care less about the dog. Pretty sad but true. We took him to bear brach vet on 2978 and woodlands pky. The people there were great. He got a shot for pain,antibiotic Also we got antibiotic capsuls and a cream.The ran a blood test to make sure it wasnt mainge. (It wasnt) They cleaned and shaved the wound area. The total cost was only 78.30 And today he is doing so much better. If angel did all of that I know it would have cost a lot more. Dont let them kill your loving pet.
