Absolutely love this clinic. The level of care is above and beyond any care I have received for my animals. Drs and support staff are caring, compassionate and offer only services that they feel are necessary. There are times that I have had to wait but this speaks to their commitment to providing every pet the highest level of care.

We have been taking our dogs to Dr. Courey for 15 years and she is amazing. I personally am one who likes to look at alternative approaches and she is very helpful with this and will give her honest answer and not judge. Not only is she helpful with general vetinary care she is very genuine and kind when it comes to end of life care. The vet techs are also very carrying and in a pinch the other vets are as well.

Love Dr Weinger she is patient, helpful and never rushes you. Slowly this us turning into an all women vet clinic...... Love it!!!!

I brought my cat in as she was bleeding and I suspected she had a UTI. The vet gave me some pills and sent me on my way. NO Tests were done or even recommended. I later had to take her to another vet, who was highly recommended and Blood Tests and Urin Tests were done. I almost lost my precious cat but thanks to aggressive treatment she is recovering.

I used this clinic from the time we first owned our dog. Dr. W. provided excellent options in terms of giving alternative choices for care and medication, and never insisted on endless testing or treatments. The staff was efficient and friendly, and when it came time to put our pet down, they were compassionate and understanding. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I went back few time because my husband wanted to give them a chance. My dog has an incurable heart conditions so he will be on the same medication until he dies. We waited very time we came there, it takes us about an hours to pick up the medication which was apparently ready when we called. When we call to reorder the medication on the phone we wait for every the phone every time, call back multiple time because no one seems to be able to tell you when the medication will be ready and they refuse to call you back. We have also been forced to come for a visit even though there is no change in the condition and keep in mind it`s not curable. We were threatened that if we did not come for a visit they would not release my dogs medication. What would you do if you were give those options? Without medication there is certain death. It’s not like they can come with any thing else, a cure of some sort with these visti of $300 with all the tests and xrays they want to run.

I have been going to this clinic for more than 25 years and after checking out other Animal Hospitals in Brampton, would never go to another place. The Drs. are excellent. Not only do they make the animals feel comfortable they make the owners feel comfortable too. I have need to take my dogs to specialists and have received excellent referals that got me into the specialists weeks before friends dog that had the same problem. There are no vets better and no place more caring in Brampton.

I went to this vet ONCE because friends had recommended them and we had moved to just up the street. The vet made me wait forever and then when he DID show up he said my purebreed Australian Kelpie was a Pitbull and that Pitbulls were dangerous and he had 4 or 5 that he didn't trust. When I told him the same can be said for any breed he proceeded to yell and lecture me on how he's been a vet for 31 years and he knows better than I do. He also said that when I had been a vet for 31 years then I could comment but not until!

I started brining my new pup here after having gone through a traumatic experience with my now deceased dog of 11 years at other animal hospitals nearby. Needless to say I was very weary and cautious of how much trust I could instill into the staff here. After a couple of visits I can say that I have learned to trust again. The staff here isn't always cheery but they are always helpful. I've been dealing with 2 doctors here Dr. Richardson and Dr. Weiniger(sp?). I would recommend either of them as they are more than willing to answer any question and never rush you off, they have even gone above and beyond in my experience to fully inform me. The only complaint is that it is a bit on the pricey side, compared to other vets around the GTA. Regardless I am more than happy to recommend this place to anyone who is a new owner of a pet or someone who is looking for a change.
