They were told if it was going to be expensive to treat my 10 yr old dog I didn't want to treat him because of his age.He was having kidney troubles they kept him over night and put in a IV .I ask them what it was going to cost with no reply. I called the next day and ask the same question again still no reply.When we went to pick him up they charged 461.00.We payed it but I ask them up front about the charges.Now my dog has kennal cough and brought it home to my 4 month old puppy.I know of two other dogs that caught kennal cough that week just from being boarded there that week.I will not take my animals back to them only to end up sicker.
