Dr. Rick was great with my dog. My dog actually really liked him. The staff overall is really great, welcoming etc. But this vet is probably the most expensive in the city. I guess they have to pay for that fancy building somehow...

I would NOT recommend this Vet's to anyone, after 4 vet visits all within a 2 weeks span, for my little dog (for the same issue) and a Nice sized vet Bill...I almost lost my dog and she ended up being hospitalized in Emergency Care. All which could have been prevented had she been properly treated at this vets.*** I'm forever thankful for the emergency vets prompt professional care --- which saved my little girl.

I enjoy the beautiful building they renovated but I do not enjoy paying for it!!! Bills were very high and it always seemed like a money grab. My cat recently got sick and needed surgery due to damage resulting from a surgery they preformed. Also gave false diagnosis leading to more money for multiple test preformed to "confirm" this diagnosis. After a second and third opinion, it came negative for all tests they wanted to perform. Recommend finding another vet with adequate care for MUCH LESS!!!

I really was happy with the care I received but had to change vets as I could not afford to keep paying substancial bills. Not punctual and often left waiting for quite some time.

We would like to thank Petworks in particular Dr Rick, Dr Carolyn, Dr Nadine and Donna for their Care , Comfort, and understanding during the recent passing of our pet. Everything was quick.. his sickness, his passing and the return of his ashes. It was professional yet it was homey.

At first I was impressed by the way this company treated me after the lose of my Cat, but then it went down hill. I had to wait 4 months for the name tag for my cat's urn. I had called the vet and asked when I would be getting it, but stated to me that it is not their responsibility and for my to call the crematory about it even though the money was going to the vet then they paid the crematory. So I called the crematory and they states thy had issues, but I would be getting it. After a month I still had not received it and u called again and the company stated that they still had issues but I would get it. After another two months I stated to the vet I still had not received the tag and they finally offered to call. They stated the crematory had mailed it months ago. I am not sure how they mailed it or it goes lost or they claimed maybe the address was wrong because the vet gave the address to the crematory which they had on file and had no issue sending me stuff. Dr Rick and the staff are wonderful!!! It is expensive they all are though. The facility is really nice and I find them to be very knowledgeable and friendly. They will give you a quote before doing any work whicj is really nice.

Wow, what a facility!! We are so lucky to have such a spot in HRM! It's one- stop shopping for sure. Dr. Rick was truly knowledgeable and I would trust him with my own life. The daycare and boarding facility is top notch. I have seen many others here in the Maritimes and this is second to none. The fact that the boarders do not go outside with anyone is great as I don't trust even my husband to walk my baby. Everyone is pleasant and knowledgeable and if you would like to have a tour, they are more than happy to show off their state of the art facility. Before you judge, make certain that you are comparing apples to apples. When it comes to surgery for your pet, there are a lot of variables. Ask lots of questions and they will be answered. Keep up the great work, Petworks.

Dr. Trudeau is an amazing vet, you can definitely tell she loves her job and all of the animals in her care. she goes above and beyond what most vets would do and Rocky (my cat)and I appreciate everything she does. All of the other staff at Petworks are great as well. Thanks Petworks Heather and Rocky

A friend had recommended Petworks to us and we have found them to very friendly and knowledgeable. The cost is less expensive than the last vet we were at. We highly recommend Petworks.

Only have good things to say about Natalie and Sharon the dog groomers within Petworks, I think it's called Natalie's Dog Grooming. HIGHLY recommended. My baby always comes home looking great and the prices are very good.

Wow - the previous comments are totally not reflective of my experience at all. I have used the daycare, boarding and hospital services at Petworks and have found the experience to be extremely positive. The only concern was having to wait a few minutes for my appointment. Then all front office staff were polite, professional and caring. I don't know all their names but they were all great! I don't know about the previous responders but they sound like disgruntled employees to me... I'd suggest that any potential customers ask to see feedback from other customers - that's what I did and I saw plenty of positive comments.
