I have been going there for ten years and have recently left. Not sure where all the new staff came from, but they are NO asset to the business. Gone are the folks that made that place feel like a family. Now it's a bunch of kids and one particular loud woman with the most obnoxious voice. Standing at the front desk laughing at something while a woman stood there sobbing as her animal laid practically lifeless in her hands. It's a shame, the doctor's are wonderful and I adored Dr. Lee, but I wouldn't trust the new staff to watch my purse, let alone my animals. I've been a good client, was pleased when Dr. Lee joined the practice as I love his father and brother, but enough's enough. They can keep their hyena - my babies are going elsewhere. Don't trust any of them with a needle, let alone to assist in a surgery.Also love the prices being raised- you can't charge those rates with staff like they have.
