Dr. Leck is truly a pleasure to work with. She is very rescue friendly and is always available when our cat rescue group needs her. We have brought her some difficult cases over the years, including cats or kittens that were victims of abuse, and she has always handled each one with the utmost empathy and compassion while providing execellent care. She is a big believer in pain management for animals after surgery unlike a lot of other vets I have met over the years. She treats pets the way she would like to be treated and she leaves no stone unturned when seeking out a diagnosis. She often does research after hours trying to nail down what might be wrong with one of our cats. She's open to unconventional therapies (holistic, herbal, chiropractic, etc) and new methodologies for treating illness. She keeps her skills current and is also board certified by the ABVP in canine and feline medicine. She also treats small animals and exotics. I wish all vets would aspire to be like her!
