i thought these wellness plans save money they don't you have to pay for nail trims ear cleaning half the time they don't do the fecal exam or half baked comprehensive exam its a scam this past year their staff were all about the money not about our pets tests tests tests that's all they offered and no real answers they turned the tables on me and in actuality it was them glad i'm away from them.

After taking our dog to receive her annual vaccination it was not until we were reviewing their Optimum Wellness Plan that we notice a discrepancy in the vaccinations given. We were new clients at the time and were not aware of the atypical way Banfield administers their shots. Unlike other veterinarians Banfield charge separately for each shot and also recommended unnecessary vaccinations as well. It is because of these deceptive practices we were mislead and my dog has been over vaccinated in a series of shots and still has not received the shot requested. I would strongly advise against this Wellness plan for it covers vaccines not required for your dog’s health. It is a huge marketing strategy and is worth doing your own research to see what each vaccine is.
Banfield does not share in the concern of it clients only in protecting it staff.
