I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. My guinea pig has been ill and when I called to make an appointment they said they do treat piggies. The facilities were discusting and the vet almost KILLED MY GUINEA PIG. She perscribed a medicine the is lethal to guinea pigs. I am very upset by this! Never go here!

Unfortunately we have taken our 3 dogs to Dr. Sparks for over 5 yrs. Constantly being told a new facility was being built, we were patient with their current FILTHY conditions. After having to emergency board our dogs, the stench of urine and **** took a few washes to get out of their coats. Dr. Sparks DOES have a good raport with our animals, but the treatment received by the office and vet-techs is completely uncalled for. From pushing unnecessary trmt or medication, to ignoring our emergency messages regarding a post-op infection. I am continuously kicking myself for seeing Dr. Sparks for so long. Poor record keeping, communication skills, and last but not least, the dismissive treatment we received regarding one of our other dogs. After repeated appts being told nothing was wrong we saught a second opinion. Our dog was too sick to treat. Our new vet was able to keep him comfortable until the end, but that definitely makes me wonder what else Dr. Sparks' office may have missed.
