I can not honestly rate the facility, nor the punctuality or monetary value as I never was given the opportunity to bring my pet in, but I can definitely rate whichever staff I spoke with this morning. I would never take my furry family to this office after speaking with this "unidentified" individual. I called to make an appointment to bring my pet in as I was concerned for her after having a difficult whelp. This lady I spoke with not only turned me away, but told me to call someone else. Being new in town, we had not yet established a veterinarian and this could have turned into an emergency situation. This lady had no manners, was short with me and spoke to me as if I was wasting her time. The way I see it, if you love animals and are in a profession to treat them, you had best be respectful of their family.

I had a wonderful experience with staff and Dr. Jodi- initially. Her holistic approach was just what I was looking for in the care of my dog. Be warned though, when stressed this Dr. is COMPLETELY out of line. The documentation in charting is poor, and Dr. Jodi has an AWFUL memory to recall details of why procedures were done. It's odd that a vet I had so much respect for could suddenly snap and make me question her mental stability. She actually yelled at me over the phone. Yelled... Take note at the high rate of staff turnover. This is someone who is great with animals, horrible with humans. On the other hand, Dr. Witty is a much more pleasant, calm natured person. She has never taken frustration out on me. I wouldn't say avoid this clinic, but be prepared for a possible undiagnosed bipolar episode by an unassumingly unstable individual.

The office staff here was very nice. However I was bullied into an tongue and pulse exam I didn't want under the pretext that an accurate diagnosis (of my dog in kidney failure and with a growth in her stomach, diagnosed by the WVRS er) could not be made with out it. I was given a book with the description of this exam but what I received was not even close to the written description and took about 30 seconds. Dr. Jodi was very unprofessional towards Dr. B. Stapleton (my dent spec) in our conversation about her. I was unheard about some of my concerns and descriptions of my dogs problem and, quite frankly, one of the "special herbal formulas" made my dog in kidney failure vomit profusely for 2 days until I stopped adminisration, even though I had her on half the recommended dose. The policy statement I was handed on my first visit was more concerned with keeping the dr. and staff comfortable and happy than the clients. I never felt supported or comfortable while there. Let down.

Dr.Jodi and staff are wonderful, her "HOLISTIC APPROACH" is just what I needed to keep my many furry friends happy and healthy! She is a vet for the right reasons....not a rich vet...but rich in knowledge and love of her animals! My kids love her....

DR.JODI AND HER STAFF ARE GREAT! THEY TAKE WONDERFUL CARE OF MY PETS AND AWAYS TAKE TIME WHEN WE HAVE AN APPOINTMENT TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS.I WOULD NOT TRUST MY FURRY FRIENDS TO ANYONE ELSE!
